Aerial chains is an apparatus evolved from strap loops that has been gaining popularity in recent years due to exposure online. While there is similar vocabulary to strap loops and aerial hammock, the main difference is that the material is more demanding on the hands and skin, and tends to have a mind of its own. You will learn the nuance of chains, how to crossover existing skills (and learn some new ones) and put it together in a combo - all while looking like a total badass!
