Partner up under the straps and get your rotation on! In this workshop, students will learn a short duo straps sequence focused on shared momentum, clean mechanics, and controlled exchanges. We’ll break the sequence into digestible segments and examine each section for key technical details, engagement patterns, and momentum mechanics. New to straps? No problem — we’ll introduce foundational wraps, proper engagement, and safe approaches to spinning with a partner. September 13th 2pm - 4pm *Prerequisites: Students should be able to hang in a long-arm (overhead) position in a hollow body. Ages 16 and up. Partner not required.
